Sales Representative

Midwest Superstore is growing, and we’re looking for driven, coachable, customer-focused Sales Reps to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced automotive professional or someone ready to start a new career with real earning potential, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers through the full vehicle purchase process
• Build relationships and create repeat & referral business
• Learn and follow a proven sales process (we train you)
• Work with managers, BDC, and service to deliver a world-class experience
• Use CRM tools to track customer activity and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
