Semper SolR is a leading veteran solar energy company looking for a skilled and motivated sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar panel systems to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective homeowners by phone and in person
• Generate interest and qualify potential customers
• Schedule appointments for qualified homeowners
• Participate in sales training and coaching
• Track daily activity and work toward performance goals

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with prospective homeowners.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily activities and track performance goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Comfortable speaking with customers both over the phone and in person
