Retail Sales Associate – Fussell Appliances

Fussell Appliances is looking for a motivated and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident working with customers, comfortable using Facebook and social media, and ready to help keep our store running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with selecting appliances
• Answer questions about products, pricing, warranties, and financing options
• Complete customer sales using our point-of-sale system
• Post and maintain appliance listings on Facebook Marketplace
• Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Price and organize merchandise
• Assist with daily opening and closing responsibilities
• Work toward individual and store sales goals
• Communicate with management about inventory and customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual
• Friendly with strong communication skills
• Comfortable talking with customers and making sales
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Comfortable using Facebook and Facebook Marketplace
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn our products, financing options, and sales process
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
