SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary

The Sales Representative position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving individual and branch sales targets, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and supporting daily branch operations. The role involves promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products, health and wellness products, and other retail merchandise while identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.

The Sales Representative also assists in merchandising, inventory monitoring, order processing, and sales transactions, ensuring that products are properly displayed, available, and accurately documented. The position is also responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

The role requires compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory standards, as well as proper handling of company assets, inventory, and confidential information. The Sales Representative works closely with the Branch Manager, Pharmacist, and other team members to support efficient branch operations and the achievement of business goals.
