- Promote and drive sales of company products to GPs, private clinics, and selected private hospitals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (GPs, pharmacists, specialists where relevant)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, coverage, and call frequency KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand account coverage within the territory
- Execute marketing and brand activation initiatives (e.g., sampling, talks, small group engagements)
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
- Ensure timely collection and proper management of accounts receivable (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and territory performance
