Responsible for developing the assigned market, expanding distribution and retail coverage, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong channel-partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned sales territory.
• Achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
• Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
• Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and retail outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure product availability.
• Generate orders and coordinate timely order execution.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Follow up on collections and outstanding payments.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Submit regular sales, market, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the company's sales and operations teams.

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of FMCG or home-care sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and sales territory.
• Experience in distributor, dealer, or retailer management.
• Demonstrated sales performance and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,100.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
