Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Sales Associate with Industrial sales experience specializing in fasteners and industrial products. Must be profeicitent in QuickBooks, multitasking, cold calling, attention to detail, work well under pressure and reliable. Hours are 8-5 M-F.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the phone to promote products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, pricing details, and client interactions for organizational clarity.
• Making 15-30 cold calls a day to establish new client base

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients.
• Basic math skills for pricing calculations, discounts, and transaction processing.
• Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Organizational skills for managing schedules, deliveries, and client information efficiently.
• QuickBooks or ability to adapt quickly to computer related needs
• Strong work ethic

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
