Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, competitive, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Pest Control Sales Representatives. In this role, you will help homeowners protect their properties from unwanted pests by introducing them to our professional pest control services.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and earning money based on their performance. No previous pest control experience is required. We provide training to help you develop your sales skills and succeed in the field.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to connect with homeowners.
• Educate potential customers about our pest control services and treatment plans.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options.
• Present service agreements and close sales professionally.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain a positive company image.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Track sales activity and communicate results with management.
• Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Comfortable approaching homeowners and speaking with new people.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Reliable transportation to assigned sales areas.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
