HVAC Sales Representative – Residential & Commercial

Boise Valley Heating & Air | Treasure Valley, Idaho

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 annual base salary, depending on experience (DOE), plus commission

Boise Valley Heating & Air is looking for a motivated salesperson to help grow our residential and commercial HVAC business throughout Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and the surrounding Treasure Valley.

This role combines helping homeowners choose heating and cooling systems with developing relationships with builders, general contractors, property managers, and commercial customers. We’re looking for someone who earns trust, follows through, and turns opportunities into lasting customer relationships.

What you’ll do

• Meet with homeowners to discuss HVAC replacements, upgrades, and installation options.

• Develop new builder and commercial accounts through outreach and relationship building.

• Conduct site visits and work with our team to prepare accurate estimates and proposals.

• Present options, answer questions, follow up on quotes, and close sales.

• Maintain clear records of leads, customer communications, and sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with our installation and operations teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

• A proactive approach to finding new business and building relationships.

• Sales experience; HVAC, construction, or home-service experience is a plus.

• Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions clearly.

• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Treasure Valley.

Compensation

$60,000–$80,000 annual base salary based on relevant sales experience, HVAC knowledge, and demonstrated results, plus commission on residential and commercial sales.
