Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail stores and at client locations to promote products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
• Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, and perform merchandising activities that showcase our offerings.
• Assist customers with pricing inquiries, upselling additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Operate commercial trucks following DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, ensuring safe transportation of automobiles or other goods.
• Perform heavy lifting safely during product loading/unloading and adhere to safe lifting practices at all times.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and route schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols related to automobile transportation, heavy lifting, and driving regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred; retail store experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial truck driving experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, route driving, and automobile transportation procedures.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship building.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices.
• Organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and merchandising tasks efficiently.
• Experience in merchandising or client communication enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
