WE’RE HIRING — SALES REPRESENTATIVE!

P1 Auto Detail | Portland Metro Area

Are you confident on the phone, great with people, and know how to turn interested leads into paying customers?

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team!

At P1 Auto Detail, we specialize in premium automotive services, including ceramic coatings, paint correction, liquid paint protection film (LPPF), will expand in tint and PPF SOON!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Contacting warm leads from our advertisements and website
• Understanding customers’ needs and recommending the right services
• Following up with potential customers
• Handling objections and closing sales
• Securing deposits and scheduling appointments
• Tracking leads and maintaining customer relationships

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven sales experience (preferably phone sales)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable asking for the sale
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Automotive knowledge is a bonus, but not required

COMPENSATION:Competitive compensation with performance-based commission. Specific structure discussed during the interview.
