Sales Representative

Job Summary

PHR Consulting & Recruitment Firm is seeking results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representatives to promote products, attract new customers, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Promote products and services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and prospective clients.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
• Maintain professional customer service standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and persuasion abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Additional supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
