Sales Representative – Total Wireless

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join our growing Total Wireless retail team. As a Sales Representative, you will help customers find the best wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with phone purchases, activations, upgrades, and bill payments.
• Promote Total Wireless plans, devices, accessories, and special offers.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell accessories, additional lines, insurance, and other services.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and performance improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous wireless retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Compensation & Growth:

We offer competitive hourly pay, uncapped sales commissions, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement into Store Manager, District Manager, and other leadership positions.
