Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team as a subcontractor. This role involves building customer relationships, promoting our roofing restoration, repairs, and insurance claims assistance services, and closing contracts through effective sales strategies. The position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while being supported by training programs designed to enhance sales skills. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving routes using their own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement provided, and will be monitored to ensure performance results. Duties

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and repeat business
• Promote and sell roofing restoration, repair services, and insurance claims assistance to prospective clients
• Drive designated routes using personal vehicle, ensuring timely visits to potential clients
• Conduct basic math calculations related to pricing, estimates, and contracts
• Close sales contracts by effectively communicating service benefits and addressing customer inquiries
• Participate in training programs aimed at improving sales techniques and product knowledge
• Monitor personal performance results through provided tracking tools and adjust strategies accordingly
• Follow company guidelines for route planning, customer engagement, and documentation of sales activities

Requirements

• Ability to perform basic math accurately for pricing and contract purposes
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer relationships
• Willingness to drive routes using personal vehicle; mileage will be reimbursed based on monitored results
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating sales opportunities
• Open to training and committed to participating in sales development programs
• Reliable transportation and the ability to manage time effectively during route visits
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to work independently as a subcontractor within the outlined responsibilities
