About the Role:

Alfa Insurance - The Regency Agency is looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team in Mobile, AL. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Present and sell Alfa Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
• Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and state insurance regulations

Requirements:

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and hit sales goals
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
