Duties

• Engage with customers in retail stores and on the road to promote products and services, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
• Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently and safely
• Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant options confidently
• Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitive offers while maintaining profitability
• Follow DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations during commercial truck driving and automobile transportation activities
• Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling merchandise or equipment, adhering to safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, with a focus on building client relationships
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred; ability to operate commercial trucks and vehicles safely
• Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and basic financial transactions
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and organizational skills for maintaining product displays and store layouts
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, route driving instructions, and team collaboration
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices
• Familiarity with DOT regulations related to commercial driving and transportation safety standards
• Experience in upselling, sales strategies, and customer relationship building is highly desirable

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
