Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. This is a results-driven role ideal for individuals who are energetic, personable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Explain pricing, financing options, and add-on products
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
