Sales Representative

Full-Time | Base Pay + Commission |

About the Position

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Energy Sales Representatives in our call center! In this role, you will speak with potential customers, explain available energy supply options, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy talking to people, have a competitive spirit, and want to earn great money based on their performance. Sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates!

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective residential and/or commercial customers.
• Educate customers on available electricity and natural gas supply options.
• Explain pricing, plan features, and potential benefits in a clear, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate energy solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain professional conversations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales in our system.
• Follow company policies, applicable regulations, and approved sales practices.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
