Sales Representative

Job Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the right products and services while supporting daily retail operations. You’ll build customer relationships through attentive service, clear communication, and practical product guidance. The role may also involve automobile transportation, route driving, and safely handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Support sales through product knowledge, pricing guidance, and appropriate upselling.
• Build customer relationships through responsive client communication and dependable customer service.
• Assist with merchandising, product organization, and other retail store activities.
• Drive assigned routes and transport automobiles or other items as needed, following safe driving and lifting practices. Your impact: Helpful recommendations and reliable deliveries make it easier for customers to choose and receive the products they need.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills; able to build positive customer relationships.
• Sales experience is helpful; retail store experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills to support pricing, transactions, and sales discussions.
• Valid qualifications for assigned driving duties; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is preferred. Follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations when relevant.
• Able to perform heavy lifting using safe lifting practices; experience with route driving, automobile transportation, or merchandising is an asset.

Pay: $54,600.00 - $85,800.00 per year
