Sales Representative – Cold Calling

We are hiring multiple Sales Representatives to join our team in Lahore. We are looking for confident communicators who can engage international prospects, pitch our services, and generate sales opportunities through cold calling.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you have strong English communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to international prospects.
• Introduce and pitch our services to potential clients.
• Handle objections and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
• Qualify leads and book meetings with potential clients.
• Work towards daily and monthly sales KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in communicating with international prospects.
• A willingness to learn and work towards sales targets.
• Previous cold-calling or sales experience is preferred, but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• A professional attitude and a results-driven mindset.

Salary & Compensation

During the 3-Month Probation Period:
Basic+Incentive+Commission

• Basic Salary: PKR 40,000/month
• Incentive: Up to PKR 40,000/month based on KPI achievement.
• Sales Commission: 1%

After Successful Completion of Probation:

• Basic Salary: PKR 60,000/month
• Incentives: Up to PKR 60,000/month based on KPI achievement.
• Sales Commission: 1%
