Sales Representative [Commission Based]

Overview

Duties

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through warm leads, outbound calls, networking, and industry research.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique challenges.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and track account interactions, follow-ups, and prospective client pipelines using our CRM system.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate customized contract terms and pricing to close agreements and meet monthly sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Maintain post-sale communication to foster repeat business and secure client referrals.
