- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate construction-related products or services
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet sales targets
