Sales Representative (Content Creator & Live Host)

About the role

New Strange Furniture is looking for a Sales Representative to join our showroom team. This role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, creating social-media content and hosting live-streaming sessions to promote our furniture products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their furniture needs.
• Recommend suitable products and explain their features, prices and promotions.
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Create engaging product videos and promotional content.
• Host live-streaming sessions to introduce and promote products.
• Appear confidently in front of the camera.
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok content.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep showroom displays presentable.
• Support showroom promotions, campaigns and sales events.

About you

• Malaysian citizen or legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Confident speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
• Able to create social-media content and promotional videos.
• Creative, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Target-driven with good communication and follow-up skills.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Able to work full-time, 6 days per week.
