About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will interact with customers to understand their needs, introduce relevant products or services, answer questions, and assist them throughout the sales process.

The role combines sales and customer service, making it a strong opportunity for individuals who are persuasive, goal-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers.

You will receive training to help you understand the products, services, sales process, systems, and customer handling standards required for the role.

What You Will Do

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions through phone or chat
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Present product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers accurately
• Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to completion
• Build positive customer relationships while achieving sales objectives
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally
• Meet or exceed established sales and performance targets
• Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately
• Follow account procedures, policies, and compliance requirements
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate; college-level applicants and graduates are welcome
• With or without BPO, call center, or sales experience are welcome to apply
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident when communicating with customers
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve performance targets
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn sales techniques, products, and processes
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays when required
