What You'll Do

• Meet with qualified homeowners and business clients
• Assess project needs and develop customized solutions
• Create and present professional estimates and proposals
• Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful execution

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience closing high-ticket sales preferred
• Estimating experience preferred (3+ years)
• Construction, landscaping, home improvement, roofing, remodeling, HVAC, or related industry experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to succeed

Compensation

$130,000 - $800,000+ per year

Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
