Sales Representative – Electronics Manufacturing (SMT / PCB Assembly)

About Us

Goodtron Electronics LLC is a growing electronics manufacturing company located in Vista, California. We specialize in SMT assembly, PCB assembly, prototype builds, and low-volume production.

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base and develop long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Reach out to hardware startups, engineering firms, OEMs, and electronics manufacturers.
• Introduce Goodtron's SMT and PCB assembly services to prospective customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and obtain RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
• Coordinate with management to prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Track sales activities, leads, and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and reaching out to new customers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Previous sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, PCB assembly, or B2B sales is a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn about electronics manufacturing services.

Compensation: Discussed During Interview

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
