The Job:

Responsible for the sales management of industrial segment, to achieve sales target and end users conversion

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Promote all Stanley Black & Decker products with a particular focus on DEWALT.
• Generate sales through onsite demonstrations and attending trade events.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with end users and distributor partners.
• Conduct Distributor and End User training in stores and onsite

The Person:

• At least 2 year(s) of experience specializing in Industrial, Construction, Sales and Channel management
• Results driven and possessed initiative to organize work independently
• Customer focused and have strong selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills
• Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation
• Proficient in English, both oral and written
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Optimally work under target basis and under pressure
