Sales Representative (Entry Level)

We partnered with AT&T and are growing our Virginia Beach team. We're looking for a motivated, people-driven individual to join us as an Entry Level Sales Representative — no prior experience needed. If you're someone who wants to grow and develop your skill set in sales and providing a top-tier customer experience, this is for you!

You'll be trained on AT&T's products and services from the ground up, work alongside experienced teammates, and build the kind of sales and communication skills that translate into a real career. We're looking for someone who's coachable, hardworking, and ready to grow.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, You Will:

• Meet directly with customers to understand their needs and present the right AT&T sales solutions for them
• Learn AT&T's products, services, and industry positioning so you can speak confidently with customers from day one regarding the sales process
• Build genuine relationships that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and sales results
• Work alongside experienced team members to pick up proven sales techniques and communication strategies
• Show up to daily team meetings, take in coaching and feedback, and put it to work the same day
• Represent AT&T professionally in every customer sales interaction while developing your own approach to sales

What We're Looking For as Our Entry Level Sales Representative:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role is a plus — but if you're the right person, we'll teach you the rest
• Genuinely enjoys working with people and doesn't shy away from starting a conversation
• Coachable and open to feedback — you actually use it instead of just nodding along
• Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow in a performance-based environment
• Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or military service is a bonus

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
