We are currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing New Orleans team. This is an in-person, customer-facing position designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, setting goals, and developing valuable business and sales skills.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help you build confidence and succeed in the role.

What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with consumers to understand their needs, present solutions, and create a positive customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage directly with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Present and explain products and services based on customer needs
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Manage an assigned sales territory and daily priorities
• Accurately update customer information and activity in Salesforce CRM
• Follow up with customers and maintain organized records
• Represent our clients and their brands with professionalism and integrity
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated annual uncapped commissions: $65,000–$90,000, plus bonuses, and incentives.
