Mold Restore Pros

About ZeroMold
ZeroMold is a growing mold remediation company delivering effective solutions that minimize demolition and help create healthier homes and businesses. We’re expanding in the Orlando area and looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Estimator to generate new business, build local relationships, and help customers understand their remediation options.
This position primarily focuses on sales, local marketing, and estimating, with occasional hands-on assistance on remediation projects when the field team needs additional support. If you enjoy meeting people, earning trust, and helping grow a business, we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Do

Respond to incoming leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customers.

Visit homes and businesses to assess mold concerns, identify visible moisture issues, and document findings with photos and detailed notes.

Prepare accurate estimates and proposed scopes of work using ZeroMold’s pricing and service guidelines.

Explain our remediation process, answer questions, and help customers move forward with confidence.

Present estimates, address objections, and secure signed work authorizations.

Generate new business through local outreach, networking, and referral partnerships.

Build relationships with real estate agents, property managers, home inspectors, contractors, and other referral sources.

Support local marketing efforts to increase ZeroMold’s visibility throughout the Orlando area.

Maintain accurate customer records, estimates, and follow-up activities in our digital systems.

Coordinate with the remediation team to ensure clear job handoffs and accurate customer expectations.

Follow up after projects to support customer satisfaction and encourage reviews and referrals.

Occasionally assist the field team with hands-on mold remediation, including job setup, containment, cleanup, and equipment handling, consistent with your training and required safety procedures. This is a supporting responsibility, not the primary focus of the position.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, estimating, or business development—preferably in restoration, construction, home services, or a related field.

Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Confidence presenting estimates, following up consistently, and closing sales without high-pressure tactics.

A proactive mindset and willingness to generate business beyond incoming leads.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own schedule.

Comfort using mobile apps, estimating software, and customer management tools.

A team-oriented attitude and willingness to step in on remediation projects when needed.

Willingness to complete required training and follow safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

Ability to perform property assessments and occasional physical fieldwork, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and willingness to travel throughout the Orlando service area.

Mold remediation or restoration experience is a plus.

Why Join ZeroMold?

Competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.

An opportunity to help build ZeroMold’s presence in the Orlando market.
