SALES REPRESENTATIVE (EXCLUSIVE)

About the role

Bestwise Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Sales Person to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and cultivating strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless sales experience
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective prospecting and follow-up
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor analysis
7. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the local market, preferably in a similar industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
6. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written
7. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
