Location: Opebi/Allen, Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in the Opebi/Allen area of Ikeja. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products and services, generating sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide helpful information about products and services.
• Promote products and encourage customers to make purchases.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure products and displays are properly arranged and presentable.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately where required.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
• Monitor product availability and report low-stock items to the appropriate supervisor.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and sales activities.
• Work effectively across assigned shifts and support other team members when necessary.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and approachable personality.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to work assigned shifts.

Benefits
