Sales Representative – General/Modern Trade

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the Company
• Collect payments from customers within the agreed credit terms
• Present, promote, and sell Company products and services to existing and potential customers
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Provide after-sales service and gather market feedback on sales-related matters
• Promote existing products to new potential customers
• Handle and manage daily sales operations and reporting

Qualifications / Experience Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Possess own transport (car)
• Must have own laptop
