Sales Representative / Project Manager – Home Improvement

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team. This role involves meeting with pre-qualified leads at their homes, presenting our home improvement services, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Visit homeowners for scheduled appointments to present and sell home improvement projects
• Assess project needs and provide accurate estimates
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Work closely with our production team to ensure project execution
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• At least 1 year of experience in home improvement sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
