Job Summary

White Season is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in Interior Design to join our team. If you have 3 to 5 years of experience blending design expertise with client-facing sales, possess a valid UAE driving license, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their interior design requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Present design concepts, materials, and product solutions effectively to showcase value and close sales.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and consultations across the region.

Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and design professionals.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Prepare design proposals, cost estimates, and commercial quotations in alignment with company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education/Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the interior design, fit-out, or luxury furnishings sector in the UAE.

Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills.

Ability to read and interpret design drawings and client briefs.

Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an added advantage.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional demeanor.

Package & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

Incentives: Attractive commission scheme based on sales performance.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
