Location: Santa Ana, CA · In person

Compensation: $18/hour base pay + performance-based bonuses

The Opportunity

We are hiring sales-focused professionals to host live trading-card auctions from our Santa Ana office. You will present products, engage buyers, and work toward sales targets on Whatnot. The position offers $18 per hour plus performance-based bonuses, with in-person training on the products, platform, and auction format.

Sales experience is preferred over trading-card expertise. Prior livestreaming experience or an established social-media following is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead live auction sessions with clear, confident product presentations.

• Identify buyer interests, respond to questions, and communicate product value accurately.

• Convert audience engagement into purchases while maintaining a professional customer experience.

• Explain auction procedures and trading-card break formats clearly.

• Open and present trading-card products during live broadcasts.

• Build rapport with customers to support repeat business.

• Work toward sales targets and apply feedback to improve performance.

• Arrive prepared and reliably fulfill agreed scheduling commitments.

Candidate Profile

We are interested in candidates who demonstrate:

• Experience in sales, retail selling, or another customer-facing role involving purchasing decisions.

• Strong verbal communication and the ability to maintain an engaging live presentation.

Trading-card knowledge is welcome but not required.

Compensation and Training

• Base compensation of $18 per hour.

• Additional bonuses tied to qualifying sales performance.

• In-person training at our Santa Ana office covering product knowledge, platform operation, and sales presentation.

Bonus earnings vary with results and are not guaranteed. Applicable eligibility criteria, sales thresholds, and payment terms will be explained before acceptance of the role.

Location and Scheduling

This is an in-person position at our Santa Ana office, not a remote opportunity.

Expected hours range from 12–42 per week, with recurring shifts agreed around your availability and business needs. We offer flexibility while expecting consistent attendance and reliable commitment to scheduled sessions.
