What they need
- นำเสนอและจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับโรงพยาบาล คลินิก และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน และขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่
- ให้ข้อมูลสินค้า การใช้งาน และคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า
- เจรจาต่อรองราคา เงื่อนไขการขาย และปิดการขายตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา เอกสารการขาย และติดตามคำสั่งซื้อ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ คลังสินค้า และฝ่ายบริการ
- ติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้า และให้บริการหลังการขาย
- ติดตามการชำระเงินของลูกค้า
- เข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้า การอบรม หรือกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย และสรุปข้อมูลลูกค้า
