Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will

• Responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets.
• Visit supermarkets, grocery stores, baking ingredient shops, mini markets, and other suitable premises to check on the company’s products.
• Identify new stores and supermarkets to expand product placement and distribution.
• Collect and record customer orders on a regular basis.
• Gather customer feedback on the company’s products and recommend improvements.
• Recommend changes to the company’s products and services while monitoring competitive developments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Develop strong professional and technical knowledge of the company’s products.
• Willing to contribute new ideas, innovations, and suggestions to support the company’s future growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or merchandising experience in FMCG
• Possess own car and a valid driving licence
• Experience in opening new outlets or accounts
