About Us

Zeba Pro is an HRMS software that helps businesses manage attendance, payroll, leave, and employee records. We are expanding in Ahmedabad and need an experienced Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Target Ahmedabad industries that need HRMS solutions

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking

• Understand client needs and present Zeba Pro as the right solution

• Conduct product demos for HR heads and decision-makers

• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals

• Follow up with prospects to convert leads

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Share regular sales reports with the manager

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in software/SaaS sales

• Proven record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to explain software features clearly to clients

• Comfortable with CRM, email, and online meetings

• Self-motivated and comfortable with field work

Preferred

• Experience selling HRMS, payroll, or ERP software

• Knowledge of Ahmedabad's industries

• Candidates based in Ahmedabad or nearby areas

• Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati
