Sales Representative | BACK-OFFICE

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential business clients through calls, email, social media, and other channels
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads
• Present the company’s IT products, services, and solutions to prospective clients
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Conduct sales presentations, product discussions, and client meetings
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining good client relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and sales activities
• Monitor competitor offerings and identify new business opportunities
• Provide regular updates and sales reports to management

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, IT sales, or a related role
• Experience selling IT products, software, technology services, or business solutions is an advantage
• Good understanding of basic IT concepts and technology solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confident in speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and potential clients
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets
• Willing to work on-site

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
