We're looking for a motivated, confident, and dependable Outbound Sales Representative to help introduce our services to potential customers and grow our client base.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential business clients by phone using leads provided by the company.
• Introduce Steady Hands LLC and explain our website development and hosting services.
• Present prebuilt website previews to potential customers.
• Explain our affordable pricing, including our $100 website development fee and monthly hosting plans.
• Answer customer questions and address sales objections professionally.
• Follow up with interested prospects and help convert them into paying customers.
• Record calls, notes, lead statuses, and follow-up information using our company-provided CallCenter system.
• Communicate important customer requests and sales updates to management.
• Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional attitude during every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to businesses.
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
• Ability to explain services clearly and confidently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use online tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls.
• Previous sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn our services and follow company procedures.

Compensation
