Sales Representative (Penang)

Job Function:

Responsible to support and manage the assigned the territory efficiently in accordance with Company’s objective and direction.

Major Criteria:

1. Set targets, promotion plans and objective standard for sales rep.

2. Motivate and engage the sales team for work progress, review performance and achieve sales target.

3. To ensure personal development is in line with the changing market trend and organizational progress

Others

1. To contribute achieving the territorial objective in line with Company’s vision and objective.

1.1 To supervise and lead the assigned sales team.

1.2 To ensure positive sales growth.

1.3 To assist in organizing business reviews and effective business plans.

1.4 To achieve customer loyalty through building strong trade relationships.

1.5 To feedback the market information, competitor activities, and trade comments.

1.6 To monitored market return and controlling Advertising & Promotion spending.

2. To reinforce the Field Sales Management.

2.1 To achieve the field sales objective i.e. merchandising, activities, distribution, penetration,

   service level.

2.2 To achieve new product launch distribution objective.

2.3 To focus on second liner product to all customers.

3. To Strengthening the Territory Management.

3.1 To update sales person weekly coverage

3.2 To achieve the opening account budget.

3.3 To apply customer record cards for every outlet/salesperson.

Qualification Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U

At least 1 Year of working experience in the FMCG industry

2 years market experience in the modern trade and lower trade

Required Skill(s): Communication skill

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
