Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and professional Re-Roof Sales Representative to join our team.

Ideal candidates have a background in roofing, construction, or contracting, and are confident working directly with homeowners to assess needs and provide solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $68,640/year

Commission: Additional compensation based on volume of jobs sold and coordinated –

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to assess roof conditions and provide accurate estimates

Clearly explain re-roofing options, process, and timelines

Collaborate with the production team and front office to ensure smooth coordination of projects

Follow up with leads and maintain positive communication with clients

Log customer interactions and proposals using internal systems or CRM tools

Qualifications

Experience in roofing, construction, or as a contractor (strongly preferred)

Background in sales or customer service, especially in home services (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Basic tech skills (email, scheduling tools, CRM, etc.)

Valid driver's license with clean record

Schedule

Monday to Friday Occasional weekend flexibility for homeowner appointments
