Sales Representative / Project Manager

Join a team that homeowners trust. Priddy Roofing & Exteriors is a GAF Master Elite contractor, a distinction earned by fewer than 2% of roofers nationwide, with over 1,000 completed projects across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. We're growing, and we're looking for motivated sales reps ready to build a serious income while helping homeowners protect their biggest investment.

What You'll Do

Meet directly with homeowners, inspect roofs and siding for damage, and walk them through the repair and insurance claims process from the first inspection to a signed agreement. You'll be the trusted face of Priddy in the field, backed by HAAG-certified inspectors and a full back office on every deal.

What We're Looking For

We want people who are self-motivated, coachable, and genuinely comfortable talking with homeowners. Sales experience is a plus, but it's not required. We'll train the right attitude. You'll need a reliable vehicle, a smartphone for photos and job documentation, and the drive to generate your own leads alongside the company-provided ones.

What You Get

Starting at $75,000/year with uncapped commission. Your earning potential grows with your performance. You'll also get a flexible schedule, financing tools that help you close, and a real path to grow into team leadership and management. If you're ready to build a career and not just take a job, we'd love to meet you.
