Position: Sales Representative

Location: Rama 2 Rd, Pantainorasing, Muang, Samut Sakhon

Monthly Salary: THB 28,000 – 40,000

Company Overview:
The company is a Thailand-based long-history manufacturer specializing in precision plastic injection molding, mainly serving Japanese customers in the automotive, electronics, and cosmetic packaging industries.

Job Description:

• Join as a founding member of the newly established Sales Department.
• Learn the company’s plastic molded products, manufacturing processes, and technologies.
• Develop new customers and explore new market opportunities.
• Approach potential customers and arrange business meetings.
• Understand customer requirements, product specifications, and technical needs.
• Prepare sales proposals in cooperation with Japanese management and engineers.
• Coordinate between customers and internal technical/engineering teams.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new customers after securing business.
• Support the establishment and development of the new Sales Department.

Qualification:

• Able to communicate in either English (TOEIC 600+) or Japanese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales and new business development.
• Willing to learn about plastic injection molding, manufacturing processes, and technical matters.
• Able to work closely with Japanese management, engineers, and internal teams.
  ( No car or driving license required. )

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday
• Probation: 119 days
