Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Sangotedo, Lagos. The successful candidate should be confident communicating with customers, able to explain products or services clearly, and capable of supporting sales activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide helpful information about products or services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with customers and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Support daily sales activities and work toward assigned sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Assist with arranging and displaying products where required.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming approach when dealing with customers.
• Carry out other sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Must demonstrate practical ability in sales and customer engagement.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits
