SALES REPRESENTATIVE — SIGNAGE, PRINTING & VISUAL GRAPHICS

Target Earnings: $95,000–$125,000+ per year
Commission + Bonus | No Earnings Cap

We’re looking for a salesperson — not an order taker.

If you’re comfortable earning minimum wage forever, this probably isn’t the job for you. If you’d rather control your income based on what you sell, keep reading.

We sell a wide range of commercial printing and visual products, including:

• Business signage
• Banners
• Decals & stickers
• Window & wall graphics
• Vehicle graphics
• Large-format printing
• Displays and promotional graphics
• Recurring commercial print work

Compensation

This position is designed for someone capable of earning $95,000–$125,000+ annually.

After training, compensation is commission-based with additional performance bonuses. There is no cap on commissions. The more business you develop and sell, the more you make.

The $95K–$125K range represents target earnings for a successful salesperson and is not guaranteed.

Paid Training

Once you're approved and join the team, you'll begin a two-week paid training program.

Training is paid at the applicable minimum wage while you learn our products, pricing, estimating process, production capabilities, customers and sales system.

Hopefully, you hate minimum wage as much as we do — because the goal is to get you trained, selling, and earning commissions as quickly as possible.

Who We Want

We want someone who:

• Is comfortable prospecting and finding new customers
• Can build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Isn't afraid to pick up the phone, send emails, walk into businesses, and follow up
• Is motivated by commission and bonuses
• Wants their income tied to their performance
• Can communicate professionally and close business

Printing or signage experience is helpful, but sales ability matters more.

If you want a guaranteed paycheck regardless of performance, this isn't the position.
