Panamera is one of Spokane’s fastest-growing residential painting companies. We put 2–4 qualified appointments on your calendar each day, all within 45 minutes of our Spokane office. Weekends are not required.

Our average closers earn $7,000–$15,000 per month, with top performers exceeding $20,000 per month. This is a commission-based role with no cap on earnings.

What You’ll Do:

• Run professional, in-home painting estimates
• Understand homeowners’ needs and recommend the right project
• Present pricing, handle objections, and close deals
• Follow up with prospects and take ownership of your sales pipeline
