Role Overview

IMC Certifications is hiring a Sales Representative for its Lahore team.

This is a target-based sales position responsible for managing prospective customers, following up on leads, providing information about certification programs, and meeting assigned sales and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about certification programs.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments.

Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.

Meet assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Follow company sales processes and reporting requirements.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, business development, customer service, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable working with defined sales targets.

Ability to work in a structured, performance-focused environment.

Basic computer and CRM skills.
