ABOUT TECHNOPHO

TechnoPHO builds growth systems for businesses. We run the marketing that decides whether a company's phone rings : Meta ads, Google Business Profile and local SEO, Google Ads and LSA, websites, and the custom software behind them.
We report on booked jobs. Leads, cost per lead, cost per booked job. Not impressions.

Straight answers, real numbers, and no deck.

What you would actually do.

You call business owners who have never heard of us. Most of them are spending money on marketing that is not
working, and cannot tell you which part is broken. Your job is to find the ones.

You are not writing proposals. You are not closing. You book the call, and someone else runs it.

• Call US businesses from directories, every day, on a dialer.
• Find the ones with a real problem.
• Handle the same four objections until they stop being scary.
• Transfer your call, and make sure they actually show up.
• Log every call honestly, including the ones that went badly.

What you are actually selling.

This is the part most job ads skip, and it is the part that makes the calls easier.

We report on leads and booked jobs. Not impressions, not clicks, not reach.

You will never have to lie on a call.

THE HOURS

7:00 PM to 4:00 AM , Monday to Friday, on site in Lahore.

WHAT IT PAYS

PKR 35,000 to 50,000 per month base, set by what you can already do, not by how long you have been doing it.

Plus commission in US dollars on every deal that closes from a meeting you booked. Paid in dollars & converted at a rate we picked.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:

• You have never cold called and want to learn on the job. We will train technique. We cannot train your tolerance for being hung up on.
• You need to be liked by every person you speak to.
• You go quiet when your numbers are bad.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

• You have called US businesses before, on a dialer, at volume, and can say roughly how many dials it took you to book one meeting.
• You can hear "not interested" and ask one more question without sounding desperate.
• You want your income to depend on your own output, and that idea makes you sit up rather than sweat.
• Agency or web development background is a plus. Not being able to fake it is a bigger one.
